Before joining LeedsMet I worked as a live sound engineer, working for and with a number of high profile 'popular music' artists and groups. I teach a variety of subjects at both undergraduate and postgraduate including sound synthesis, interactive audio, computer instrument/performance technologies and sound design.

My current interests include the use of custom computer software within a live performance context and the creation of interactive audio/visual installations (most recently 'ReViewed', which was part of the 'RePossessed' exhibition).
